We started our summer-long wedding marathon on July 3rd with Kshitij & Caroline's big day at The Carolina Theater in Greensboro! What an awesome night!
Although our services weren't needed for the ceremony - we were lucky enough to get to see it happen because it was downstairs from the reception area. The relatively small and intimate crowd of family and friends got to take part in a picture perfect ceremony, with Caroline sweeping down the giant staircase for everyone to see. After a cocktail hour, the newly weds snuck off to their own private table to dine while the rest of the guests ate in the reception area. After dinner and the introduction of the newly weds, the two had their first dance to the tune "Cheek to Cheek" by Jane Monheit.
After that it was off to the races! The seemingly small and quiet crowd packed the dance floor from beginning to end! With no hesitation and practically no breaks, the families celebrated to an mix of everything from "Love Shack", "Shout!", "Brick House" to Michael Jackson, The Black Eyed Peas, and even some upbeat Hindu music! (a first for this DJ)

It was one of the most fun and unique weddings we've been a part of. As always, our favorite photographer team of Thad & Sarah Lawrence of 2 & 3 Photography were a blast to work with and captured this wonderful night with great creativity and passion! Thanks to those two for these pictures and thanks to Kshitij and Carolina for letting Southern Entertainment be a part of your wedding!
